Things which we can do to keep viruses away...
1-Tulsi leaves--and water in which these leaves are soaked for a while
2-Camphor--a tablet taken in once a month will do
3-Raw garlic-just 2 or 3 pearls taken before or during the food
4-Cows milk with a dash of turmeric powder taken at night before going to bed
5-Citrus fruits--for its vitamin c contents
6-honey with turmeric powderln warm water--good for sore throats and controls cough too
7-water boiled with Jeera and or Omam--Oma water--eases stomach dis orders too
8-Lemon and ginger drink-- enables digestion too
9-If above is not possible at least vit b or B12 and b complex tablets and Vit c tablets
10--Above all and Most importantly Washingour hands carefully cleanwith dettol to ensure bacterias do not get in easily
This is a prerequisite and a MUST
As viruses only cause innumerable damage to our system especially when we are low on immunity and when we follow the above tips give us a good health which is so very important.
